Extremely pleased with the ADT Security System. The peace of mind I have while on vacation is indescribable. Felt it rude of me to continue to ask neighbors to "watch" my house - it's my house why should neighbors be held responsible for my property! I'm embarrassed how long they let me continue in my rude behavior or it tells you what sweet neighbors I have. At any rate ADT let them off the hook and reformed my ways. Oh, by the way, the installation was FREE and monthly cost very reasonable. The gentleman that installed the system was top notch too.

Upon closing on our new home, we were contacted by Secure24 as a referral from the agency that did our home inspection. AJ was very responsive and helpful throughout. My original installation date was supposed to be on a Friday but we closed on the home sooner than expected. Thus, I asked that the installation be moved up and AJ was quick to respond and accommodate the request. Lewis completed the installation and was very polite. He forget to leave the sign and stickers but dropped them off a few days later.

Everything went very well. Matt proactively contacted me to discuss the possibility of setting up ADT at my new residence (I already had been using ADT monitoring at my old residence) after he learned from the inspector that I would be moving. We discussed the fees and some perks of signing up through his company (e.g. forgiven activation fee). Lewis came on time to the residence and ended up spending several hours -- took a while to figure out exactly how the house had been wired preeviously (several different zones with several different types of detectors (e.g. smoke, glass break, window break, door ajar), followed by all the updates and optimization. Lewis was accompanied by a visiting regional manager. Lewis was very courteous, giving me his cell phone number in case a problem should arise -- indeed, some of the sensors that were installed turned out to be faulty, and Lewis immediately returned and replaced them. Matt was able to send me the Alarm certificate immediately, so that I could forward it to the insurance company, as well as the State License number so that I could provide that to the city for the permit. Although there were a few elements from the previous owners' system that couldn't re integrated into the new ADT system, I feel very secure. I couldn't be happier with the new alarm/monitoring system in the new home. Lewis provided three different recommended options for updating/optimizing the system, and I picked the one in the middle of the price range -- although it did end up costing me more than initially expected in order to get the type of monitoring that I wanted installed, I am more than satisfied with the process and Secure24 Alarms.
